Since a white noise machine is supposed to be in the background, can I still listen to the television and have it work for my hyperacusis??  Thanks,

i hear like set it and forget it, as long as you can hear it like a little bit I guess your ears are picking up the frequencies without you hearing as it fades into the bg, but I don't really know too much but I think its how it works
