wondering if anyone has an ongoing sore throat & if this may be related to H or not.  my Dr says he can see droplets coming from the roof of my mouth & that this would irritate & make the throat sore.  the throat is worse with talking.

the interesting connection is that when my ears feel better so does my throat & vis versa so I feel that they r definitely related.

anyone have this?  any tips to heal it??

thanks so much 4 yr input.

karen

Infections cause so many similar problems so I would look into fighting it first for a few days - see if you notice it moving around your body eg throat gets easier then you start to sneeze or feel sickly then its some sort of virus/infection - research 'positive energy to heal' stay positive, nice thoughts - photo or a magazine image of someone smiling, simple things all good to bring in 'positive energy' into your system.

Before I started to research healing energy 18 months ago which is 'free for everybody' - I had a hip problem, I said to my wife and doctor I think its infected, I knew this because during the 6 weeks I was out of action with it, the couple of times it had eased slightly, I then temporally had right eye infection then the bug would move back to the hip where it was comfy... Also a year before I had multiple spots on both arms, doctors tried creams which only masked it. After my research and putting ideas into practice ALL spots went away and hip repaired, and I now have a barrier against all incoming infections.

So monitor the throat problem for a while before making any decisions.

Good luck Karen.

My favorite ive come across is Qi energy healing but all types of positive energy ideas, that's what we run off energy 100% - I'm self taught, I was an IT worker with some aches - so now I avoid anyone with negative talk, smile when possible, remembering to take a deep breath, appreciate simple things etc etc...

People don't have to spend months learning energy self healing they can start today, good energy is everywhere especially in nature - sometimes if I seem to be having a lazy day T doesn't always back off the same - positive energy backs it off though, i sometimes have to remind myself what I learned along my way - be positive 'open your mind' keep busy, focus, smile....

Its important to remember with positive energy and keeping busy is the spirit within is always energized but the body needs rest - so during the day if the body wants to rest for a while then let it rest, remembering to take deep breaths, relax and calm the mind.

hey Steve,
i agree 100% & have become very sensitive to both positive & negative energy.  what is Qi energy healing-is that like Gi Gong?  how did u focus on the bacteria in yr hip specifically?
thanks karen

Yes Qi or Qigong energy - its just one of many, but the key is to look at energy healing or how to self heal. It strengthens the mind, I like to think/imagine i'm pushing walls. ive made the kitchen a bit bigger a few times... I don't know how much it speeded up the hip repair, that was 6 weeks agony and I was just getting into the research, but now 18 months on I have a barrier against it coming back I just laugh at it if it tries, laughing is powerful for the mind body and soul. Key is to be positive as much as possible.

Hi Karen and all,

I print off any good internet pages/comments I read, that I think might help, and keep them to re-read without 'too much screen time' and recycle at a later date.

I once read about, 'being in the moment' If you're walking be aware of each step for a while, same as when eating, enjoy each piece instead of rushing, simple things that clear the mind to reboot it, to help be strong again...

Love and light are both high in positive vibrational energy, so if a friend does something kind then tell them so and appreciate it, that simple comment brings in positive energy to help heal.

The positive energy definitely helped to clear up the multiple spots on my arms that had been there for best part of a year, and the skin moisturiser I was using every day is now is nearly zero use per week. If anyone comes across any positive statements with internet research, please share, we can help each other and any new visitors to this forum. Smiling is something we forget when fighting T & H - so we need to rethink how we can bring in positive energy to our systems, 'body, soul, spirit'.

And while fighting T & H avoid too much of violent movies, TV news, all negatives and adrenaline which can very often increase T. Simple things like reading something nice or doing a jigsaw puzzle then a little cheer occasionally when piece entered brings in positive energy. Simple but it helps during and after recovering.

When I find I'm having a 'low moment' - I rest for ten mins then say to myself, ok focus open your mind, get on with it, find small jobs to do, keep busy, smile etc.

Place a photo or magazine nearby with someone with an amazing smile, brightens the day, its positive, and I always take a deep breath before doing anything tasking.
