A big question would be, Do noises bring on any special differences, or is sound not the issue?

If you just have tightness that drives you crazy, that could be just a case of continued tight muscles from the firecracker incident. Inside your ear it could be the tensor tympani or just barometric pressure changes, and your jaw muscles could just be in the habit of being tight.

Find a really good massage therapist or physical therapist who could help with the jaw tightness. These muscles are really common issues with a lot of people.

Hi thanks for answering. Noises dont bring on special differences. So u think its just a muscle problem ? A lit of people have it go away by going to a fysiotherapist? I went a couple of times but it didnt really help.
