I have to say thanks to the hyperacusis pink noise and it improve my ear so much I feel normal again.
I listen to pink noise for at least 8 hours a day and I also bought a white noise generator for night.(MARPAC DOHM DS WHITE NOISE MACHINE - WHITE)
https://www.amazon.com/Marpac-Classic-White-Noise-Machine/dp/B000KUHFGM

I feel normal because
1. I do not fee pain.
2. I do not feel pressure.
3. I do not feel itchy.
4. I do not think about ears all the time.
5. I do not check or search to see how to improve , I do not check the forums daily.

Thanks again and all the best to people who still suffering. I understand it is not easy , try the pink noise.

You said you had an acoustic shock at a business seminar that caused all these issues? Can you elaborate? Was it just loud the entire time you were there or was there a specific incident? Acoustic shock generally refers to a very short and unexpected noise.

Hi Matt
I listened a lot of Podcasts/Music over 9 months with very high volumn before the seminar which trigger my condition. I assume the person who speak really loud in the seminar is not the main cause but a trigger point.

I am glad the pink noise help me and hope you will find your way to recover.

Hi Oto
Regarding the youtube pink noise , you might want to read this

That's the reason  I decide to purchase the hyperacusis network pink noise as I am not a scientist who can understand the difference. Listening to pink noise 8 hours a day is a hard work, especially at the beginning so I want to make sure I got the real pink noise.
