I have a right ear spasm that causes muscle tension that occurs only during silence and another type of spasm that is not as loud or stressful (seems like a different muscle) that occurs during sounds/noises.  The louder spasm that pulls is silenced by low background noises.  I am only able to sleep by using the humidifier, which suppresses the spasamming.

This has been going on for over 6 months now and happens throughout the day and is driving me crazy.  My right side neck muscles and jaw muscles are stressed out all the time.  Also it feels like some liquid in my ear echos some sharp noises.  Has anyone had a similar experience or found a cure?  Please help!
