Hello there. I've had hyperacusis for about a month now and it's awful condition of course. The hardest part of this condition is that i can no longer listen to output without it causing me pain on any volume (except for pink noise). So basically everything i listen to is pink noise everyday . I'm wondering what will happen if i do listen to output even if it hurts my ears? Can it further damage my ears or is it actually recommended so that my ears can get fully accustomed to these sounds? Thank you for your time.
