At first, I thought I had hyperacusis, but now I know I have misophonia (and probably hyperacusis as well).  Has anyone found pink sound useful for misophonia?  I have been listening to it on and off, but haven't noticed any improvement.

Thanks.

Have you tried listening to pleasant music? (I think it helped my misophonia, never tried pink noise or such, except the computer noise..)
Have you tried nutrition etc too, to see if it helps?
