The University of South Florida is now recruiting patients with hyperacusis for a clinical trial. 

See the flyer below for details. If you live in Florida, or have the ability to travel there several times over a 7 month period, could be a great opportunity.

I read through this and it doesn't tell me really what the device is, if it were me, I'd call the people up and ask the the proverbial 20 questions. Also if in a study, there are usually groups that receive placebo's. And often times in studies you often don't get the test results if they are used for research only. Client beware, do your due diligence. The people sound very well meaning but I'd ask a lot of questions about this.
