Does anyone here have experience of dreams effecting T?

I woke up the other morning early hours way before getting up time - Tin was having a go!! gone up some to the usual for that time of the morning. I immediately put this down to a what I expect was a rubbish dream, you know the ones with some stress, confusion and possible violence in it, I don't remember it so just guessing - but the sort of dream I expect that if it was in real life stress levels would go right through the roof.

Anyway, its early hours and I put some relaxation procedures into progress - deep, deep breathing, relaxing the mind, and a mantra meditation, eg: take your mind to another place - I was relaxing on a slow small boat drifting down the river, and eating hot apple pie and custard, enjoying every spoonful, yum until I finally nodded off.

Some time later I woke up and T had calmed some, until!! First thoughts of something came into my mind, a small problem that I shouldn't have even been thinking of that time of the morning. My point also here is.... 'Thoughts' and stress anxiety all contribute and increase T, it thrives on 'thoughts' - thoughts of stress, more stress, anxiety, also adrenaline rush and fear up the T level... We have to fight that with thoughts of 'love and light' high vibrational energy, to lower it - I keep busy during the day, keep the mind busy on other jobs, but definitely remember not to over do it, rest in between or that brings it up too if body gets tired.

If I can keep positive during the day then I sleep better. This was just something I thought I would share.

Regards Steve.

Hi Karen,

Thanks for your lovely reply - I take it you mean the apple pie.. To everyone else especially new visitors, when you find yourself in a place of darkness with any horrible health issues, look for the light...... I had 5 years of panic attacks after nearly fainting driving over a motorway bridge, then came the T & H so I have personal experience of darkness. if someone is reading this now is in a difficult place then look for the light, its here now just look for it, and you don't have to wait years as I did, the light is there just around the corner...

Positive energy heals many health issues! Take a deep breath, turn the radio/tv news down, smile, sing, dance even when doing the dishes. Take your mind away from the Tin, no fear, show it no respect - focus, take your mind away from it, laugh its positive, and it will back it off because as you keep busy you're not thinking of it and it backs off a little and gets weaker, and gives you a little rest from it for a while after...

I have a robot walk, you might find this strange/funny and my dog's still trying to get used to it now but it works, when I'm having a low moment, robot mode kicks in along with this mode you can make your own sounds mmmh - Its positive, it feels positive if only for a short while before the wife spots me lol.

Just don't overdo the work thing, keep the body strong, and remember to rest a few times during the day.

And keep screen brightness sensible, lower it a bit, eyes will adjust.

Hope this helps someone.

Steve.
