I'm fine with my hyperacusis making everything louder but I'm getting sick of hearing every 'S' or 'T' and 'F' so darn harsh in my ears. Besides that everything is very shrill. When I listen to music it's someone turned the treble wayy up.

I also notice any high frequency is bothersome for my ears as it amplifies my tinnitus.

Is there any way to recover from this? I only just have it for three days(this aggrevation of my H) but it's already driving me nuts! Anyone ever had this?
