Hi!! I'm 24 years old and I'm diagnosed with vertigo a few weeks back. I have been sick constantly every single day for the past few years. I consulted many doctors and took medications for this. But there was no change in my condition. I still felt like my head is spinning and get nauseous almost all the time.
While researching online, I came across a blog which mentions about the symptoms of vertigo. Soon I consulted a nearby ENT specialist and was diagnosed with Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo. I was surprised when he said there is nothing I can do about it. To be honest, I'm relieved by the fact that I know the cause of daily dizziness.
One of my neighbors said that physiotherapy can treat vertigo. I don't know how far it is true. She advised me to consult a registered physiotherapist from our locality soon. Has anyone here undergone physiotherapy for vertigo? Is it worth spending money? Any advice is highly appreciated. Thanks!!
