So I don't know about anyone else on this site, but I didn't have a clue about what hyperacusis even was before I was diagnosed.

Has anyone found any awareness programmes? I've found that something like only 8 medical notes are written up about hyperacusis each year compared to over 50,000 for other medical conditions.

If anyone is in school, have your schools ever done anything? I've had a boy run past me and clap straight in my ear as he did so, probably ironic that he picked the worst girl to do that to...

But yeah, hyperacusis awareness, yay or nay?[shh][no][headbang]
