Hi.  I'm back on the board after a long absence.  (I see my last post was in 2009.)

I know I read about the iPod Shuffle version of the pink noise, but now that I want to order it, I can't find the link again.  Would someone please direct me to it?

Thanks very much.

I don’t know the answer to your question, but Apple discontinued the Shuffle quite some time ago so perhaps the Network is no longer selling them.

My Shuffle broke after several years use. Since I could not replace it with a new Shuffle, I purchased the player at the link below. The build quality is fragile compared with the Shuffle but the sound quality is good and the cost is only $19.

In addition to this one the options for similar low priced music players to replace the Shuffle seems almost limitless on Amazon.

Yes, Hollis, the ipod shuffle has been discontinued and that is why the link no longer exists.

Thanks for the information, Dave and Dan.  Obviously, I'm not exactly up on these music-listening technologies (to put it mildly).  If I were to order the flash drive, then, I would be able to use it with the player you have, Dave, or any other like it?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a device that would allow me to listen to the pink noise flash drive with somewhat decent little speakers, NOT ear buds?  Or would just using the flash drive on my computer make the most sense?

I am not familiar with the flash drive. I purchased the CD and copied the file over to the music player. It is pretty fast and easy. Any friend or family member you know who is adept with computers should be able to help.

Something else to look into, there is a Facebook group with a free sound therapy download and full instructions how to load it onto your iPhone, Shuffle, or what have you. They say it is very effective to quiet tinnitus and they are not sure about Hyperacusis. I cannot really offer up any insight on this but the group admins seem very helpful with answering questions.

Dave,

Thanks for the further elaboration.  I did join the group in order to see what they are about.
