A few months back, I was holding pads at the gym. I was a beginner and my master did not teach me how to hold them correctly. After a hook, I felt like some needles were inserted to my spine. I ignored the pain and continued doing it in the wrong way.

I kept continuing the mistake and thereby injuring my arm. I applied ice packs to the affected area. It gave only a temporary relief. An MRI scan was performed and it showed that there was no injury inside. But, a liquid was present inside which is the cause of pain over there. The quantity of liquid is increasing day by day. The doctor told that the pain will go away with time. But, I cannot endure the pain. I am thinking about having a physiotherapy treatment from Toronto.

Has anyone of you had a similar experience with liquid in joints? If so, please share your experience.
